Meet Sarah Palmyra

We would like to introduce you to our From Plants Girl who is currently loving our brand and product. Sarah shares the same mission as us here at From Plants Beauty, Clean Beauty, and giving back to our planet. We would like you to get to know her better, so we asked Sarah to answer some questions about herself and what beauty tips she would like to share with our FP community.

Q: Tell us a little bit about yourself.

A: Outside of the beauty space, I'm an opera singer, but I also have a background in skincare and makeup from working as a beauty consultant at Sephora. I love chatting about skincare, makeup, and clean beauty on my Instagram and Youtube Channel! My channel is a place for fun, honest, and thorough reviews. I love being in the know about the latest launches, ingredients, and tips. My goal is to spread positivity through my beauty content!

Q: If you could be an animal, what animal would you pick?

A: A cat

Q: What are you passionate about?

A: I'm passionate about skincare, makeup, and beauty. I'm passionate about singing & music. I'm passionate about treating people fairly & spreading joy whenever possible!

Q: If you have to choose one skincare item you couldn't live without, what would it be and why?

A: Probably sunscreen, since it is the most effective anti-aging ingredient!

Q: What acronym do you use the most IRL?

A: atm

Q: Why do you love using clean beauty products?

A: I think as customers we have purchasing power and the clean beauty space is really challenging brands to put better and safer ingredients in their products!

Q: Tell us about a skincare secret you wouldn't mind sharing with us.

A: If you want to change the texture of a moisturizer that's too thick, mixing in an oil is the perfect way to sheer it out.

Q: How do you incorporate facial oil in your skincare routine?

A: I love using it as the last step of my nightly routine either mixed into a moisturizer or on its own. I also love oils in the morning to prep the skin for makeup.

Q: If you could do one good thing today without any conditions, what would it be and why?

A: If I had an unlimited amount of resources, and influence I would want to liberate children held by ICE in inhumane conditions. We can still do our part by being educated, registering to vote, signing petitions, and spreading awareness.
